Janjagruti Mahila Pratishthan is a Pune-based NGO dedicated to empowering women through education, skill development, and community initiatives. Our mission is to promote gender equality, uplift underserved women, and create opportunities for personal and professional growth.

Founded in 2005, we have been working tirelessly to create a supportive environment where women can learn, grow, and thrive. We believe that empowering women is not just about economic independence, but also about building confidence, fostering leadership, and creating a sense of community.

President (अध्यक्षा)

Mrs. Vatsala Rajendra Ghule is a committed social worker and President of Janjagruti Mahila Pratishthan. She also serves as Director of Janiv Social Organization and Akhil Bharatiya Janiv Sanghatana. With a background in tailoring, she has empowered many women by offering free training, providing sewing machines, and creating employment opportunities. She has worked with female prison inmates, rehabilitated street vendors by helping establish a municipal vegetable market, and supported abandoned women through shelter, legal aid, and family counseling. Her work is rooted in compassion, community service, and women’s empowerment.
